Very helpful condensation of all the cases in the book that it is keyed to. Does not contain some of the more helpful explanations that can be found in the keyed textbook though.
Great text, makes buying a casebook for Wills & trusts unnecessary. My professor required that we buy this book and nothing else, although I imagine not all professors are so kind.
